Returns
If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the product purchased on our online store, they can request a return.
A product return can be requested online within 14 days of receiving the item.
We cannot refund products with obvious signs of wear or damage. All labels must be present, as well as any packaging, boxes, or wrapping.
Shipments for returns not previously agreed upon with Beach Break Shop will not be accepted.
How to request a return
To initiate the return request process, simply send an email to online@beachbreakshop.net within 14 days of receiving the item, with the subject "Return Request" followed by the order number. In the body of the message, it will be sufficient to indicate the name of the item and the size purchased for the products for which the return is requested. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund
Once the returned goods are received, the customer will receive a refund via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, minus any shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: in the case of an order subject to free delivery, €5 will be deducted from the total amount as reimbursement for logistics costs.
